We are a Latin dance school based in Auckland, specialising in salsa and bachata classes, events, choreographies and teams. With over 20 years of dance experience, we are New Zealand semipro bachata and salsa couples champions and have multiple gold medals in both partnerwork and shines for salsa and bachata.

Our 2026 timetable is here

With a total of nine weekly classes to choose from, there’s something for everyone!

We welcome a new improvers plus level of salsa partnerwork to our course and introduce a new instructor - Alina Kireeva. Alina will be teach salsa shines and salsa improvers plus with David.

We will shortly be announcing more information about our two new choreography teams - Salsa couples and bachata couples teams.

Always wanted to learn shines? An entry level course that is designed for those with no dance experience at all or those looking to supplement and solidify their bachata partnerwork basics and technique.

Covering basic steps, technique, body movement, turns and arm styling this course is also great if you are not so keen on partner dancing.

The NZ Salsa Congress is the biggest Latin Dance weekend event specially for Bachata and Salsa dance lovers in New Zealand.

2026 will be the 19th year of this popular annual industry gathering of all levels, bringing together some of the best Latin dance instructors, dancers and performers from around the world and New Zealand!

Join us for our brand new Cuban salsa rueda course.

Rueda is a type of Cuban salsa that is danced in a circle as group with partners rotating throughout the dance. This open level course will start at the basics and increase in complexity every week.

The primary goal of this course is to get dancing and have fun. No experience or partner required.
